Este/a Arquitecto/a sénior de soluciones de seguridad trabajará como arquitecto/a residente y brindará apoyo arquitectónico posventa a un importante cliente empresarial. Este puesto de cara al cliente requiere una comunicación y una conducta pulidas y profesionales, así como la capacidad de adaptar tu comunicación y forma de trabajar a las normas y expectativas del cliente en distintas culturas y regiones.
Responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollo avanzado de GUI
- Desarrollo avanzado de scripts Trigger
- Desarrollo de scripts intermedio para API REST externas
- Conocimientos intermedios de redes
- Conocimientos intermedios de diseño de aplicaciones
- Comprender, desarrollar e implementar el diseño de redes en la nube en AWS, Azure y GCP.
- Colaborar con los equipos del SOC y de respuesta a incidentes en flujos de trabajo que utilicen datos de red. Reducir el tiempo medio de respuesta.
- Desarrollar herramientas personalizadas con Python y API basadas en JavaScript para ampliar la funcionalidad de la plataforma ExtraHop.
- Desarrollar análisis de datos personalizados para monitorear en tiempo real los cambios en las condiciones técnicas y empresariales.
- Crear visualizaciones de datos detalladas para facilitar las investigaciones tácticas y alcanzar objetivos estratégicos.
- Crear herramientas automatizadas para agilizar los procesos repetibles y maximizar el tiempo dedicado a crear soluciones inteligentes.
- Impartir sesiones prácticas de aprendizaje al personal clave del cliente.
Calificaciones requeridas
- 6-8 años de experiencia pertinente
- Licenciatura o equivalente
- Experiencia en arquitectura de nube y seguridad con AWS, GCP y Azure
- Experiencia en puestos de atención al cliente; excelentes habilidades interpersonales
- Comprensión de los principios fundamentales de redes (capas 2 a 4 del modelo OSI) y de los protocolos de aplicaciones (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)
- Experiencia con lenguajes de scripting como Python y JavaScript

Compensación y beneficios: El rango salarial para este puesto es de $150,000 – $163,000 por año, además de la posibilidad de recibir un bono discrecional anual basado en el desempeño y concesiones de opciones sobre acciones. Position Summary
ExtraHop’s Solutions Architecture team is very different from many other post-sales services practices—we focus on outcomes and customer success rather than racking up billable hours. As a member of our Solutions Architecture team, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our customers, products and position in the marketplace. Our Architects tackle the most difficult business and technology problems across a vast array of industries and technologies. As a Solutions Architect at ExtraHop, you will never be bored again.
This Senior Security Solutions Architect will be a Resident Architect, supporting a major Enterprise customer in a post-sales architecture capacity. This customer-facing role requires a polished, professional communication and conduct, and the ability to adapt your communication and working approach to the norms and expectations of the customer across different cultures and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced GUI development
- Advanced Trigger Script development
- Intermediate external REST API script development
- Intermediate understanding of networking
- Intermediate understanding of application design
- Understand, develop, and implement Cloud network design in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Work with SOC and Incident Response Teams on workflows using network data. Decrease Mean-time-to-Respond.
- Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend the functionality of the ExtraHop platform.
- Develop customized data analysis to monitor changing technical and business conditions in real-time.
- Create rich data visualizations to aid tactical investigations and realize strategic objectives.
- Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes and maximize time spent building intelligent solutions.
- Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- BS degree or equivalent
- Experience with cloud and security architecture with AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience in customer-facing positions; excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of core networking principles (layers 2 through 4 of the OSI model) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Excellent written communication skills
- Independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership
Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $163,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based discretionary bonus and stock option grants.
