En este puesto de Arquitecto sénior de soluciones, se desempeñará como arquitecto de campo y brindará apoyo a varios clientes empresariales en una función de arquitectura posventa. Este puesto de cara al cliente presta servicios a una base global de clientes, por lo que requiere una comunicación y una conducta pulidas y profesionales, además de la capacidad de adaptar su comunicación y forma de trabajar a las normas y expectativas de clientes de distintas culturas y regiones. Responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollo avanzado de GUI
- Desarrollo avanzado de scripts Trigger
- Desarrollo de scripts intermedio para API REST externas
- Conocimientos intermedios de redes
- Conocimientos intermedios de diseño de aplicaciones
- Comprender, desarrollar e implementar el diseño de redes en la nube en AWS, Azure y GCP.
- Trabajar con equipos de SOC y respuesta a incidentes en flujos de trabajo que utilicen datos de red. Reducir el tiempo medio de respuesta.
- Desarrollar herramientas personalizadas con Python y API basadas en JavaScript para ampliar la funcionalidad de la plataforma ExtraHop.
- Desarrollar análisis de datos personalizados para monitorear en tiempo real los cambios en las condiciones técnicas y empresariales.
- Crear visualizaciones de datos enriquecidas que faciliten las investigaciones tácticas y permitan alcanzar objetivos estratégicos.
- Crear herramientas automatizadas para agilizar procesos repetibles y maximizar el tiempo dedicado a crear soluciones inteligentes.
- Impartir sesiones prácticas de aprendizaje al personal clave de los clientes.
- De 6 a 8 años de experiencia pertinente
- Licenciatura o equivalente
- Experiencia en puestos de cara al cliente; excelentes habilidades interpersonales
- Sólidos conocimientos de tecnologías de detección de redes y experiencia en análisis de paquetes.

Position Summary
ExtraHop’s Solutions Architecture team is very different from many other post-sales services practices—we focus on outcomes and customer success rather than racking up billable hours. As a member of our Solutions Architecture team, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our customers, products and position in the marketplace. Our Architects tackle the most difficult business and technology problems across a vast array of industries and technologies. As a Solutions Architect at ExtraHop, you will never be bored again.
In this Senior Solutions Architect role, you will serve as a Field Architect, supporting various Enterprise customers in a post-sales architecture capacity. This customer-facing role serves a global customer base, so it calls for polished, professional communication and conduct, and the ability to adapt your communication and working approach to the norms and expectations of customers across different cultures and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced GUI development
- Advanced Trigger Script development
- Intermediate external REST API script development
- Intermediate understanding of networking
- Intermediate understanding of application design
- Understand, develop, and implement Cloud network design in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Work with SOC and Incident Response Teams on workflows using network data. Decrease Mean-time-to-Respond.
- Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend the functionality of the ExtraHop platform.
- Develop customized data analysis to monitor changing technical and business conditions in real-time.
- Create rich data visualizations to aid tactical investigations and realize strategic objectives.
- Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes and maximize time spent building intelligent solutions.
- Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- BS degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer-facing positions; excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Network Detection technologies and a background in packet analysis.
- Understanding of core networking principles (layers 2 through 4 of the OSI model) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Excellent written communication skills
- Independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership
Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $163,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based discretionary bonus and stock option grants.
